Role & User Management

The Role & User Management section allows you to provide access to the users based on their roles. As an administrator you can map existing roles to a user or create a role, assign permissions to the role and then map that role to a user.

To access the Role & User Management section perform the following steps:

  1. Go to Administration > Role & User Management.

The following table describes each of the columns displayed in the Role List page:

Column Name

Description

Role Name

Name of the role

Description

Description of the role

Last Updated

Date and time when the role was last updated.

Users

Number of users assigned to the role.

You can click on the number of users, to view the details of all the users and roles mapped to the respective users in an alphabetical order in the Mapping User & Role page.

Active/Inactive

Toggle button to activate or deactivate a role respectively.

Delete

Click to delete a role.

In the Search box, enter the respective details of a role to find and display the specific role.
